Orpheum Theater
Following a 12-year, $14-million restoration, Orpheum Theatre is once again creating downtown Phoenix headlines. The 1,364-seat auditorium (1,062 seats on orchestra level; 302 in balcony) has been renovated for adaptive reuse, restoring its visible splendor, while retrofitting it as a modern theater capable of handling anything Broadway sends its way. Today, this born-again national landmark hosts everything from popular touring shows to corporate meeting programs, national performing acts to community recitals, dance from around the world to myriad of musical concerts.
